One of my nearest and dearest friends is Sheana. Sheana and I have been friends since 9th grade. I love her and her amazing family! One of her little sister's, Rachel, turned 21 and had a 20's party to celebrate! It was so fun! They had card tables set up, finger sandwiches, games, and everyone dressed up! I so love themed parties!
